Rare disease: FGF23-related hypophosphatemic rickets

It is a rare disease that causes bone deformities and growth retardation, due to hypophosphatemia caused by excessive excretion of phosphorus in urine due to excessive production of the soluble factor called fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23). In March 2022, we executed a joint research agreement with Tokyo Medical and Dental University. A clinical study has been initiated.
